Do you remember the starting scene from the movie '3 Idiots', "Mera beta Engineer Banega"? I know many people remember it. You might also remember when Farhan’s family said ‘Farhan engineer banega’, when he was born. Many people can relate to that situation.
In our lives, our society has told us that, become an engineer or doctor or government officer or lawyer or do an MBA or many other similar things. Due to that, many of us don’t try to see what we want to become. Many of us lose our identity due to that. We sometimes make our identity on what other people think about us and never think about what we want to become.
Today, my father is in a good position in his government job and my mother is a yoga teacher. I would have just wandered here and there, just studied for competitive exams or convectional career and wouldn’t have done anything big. But I had that hunger to make a dent in the universe, bring changes in India, I connected with a lot of amazing people, I even started my YouTube channel and newsletter. I would’ve gotten into the rat race and wouldn’t have done much. Here’s a disclaimer, I respect every job. Please don’t think that I disrespect them. It’s just that I am focusing on making our own identity and not making our identity based on what other people think of us.
What I am trying to say here is, stop trying to be so hard on what you are not. Don't work to prove others, prove yourself. Look inside your heart, the only thing you choose to be now. You must try something that may not work and you must not let anyone define your limits from where you come from. the only limit is your soul. You must be strong-hearted, imaginative and have greatness in you.
There's no secret ingredient, it's just you.

Manish Pandey is byfar the most inspirational person I have ever came across. He mentors people in the digital space, for example content creators. He has mentored people like Ranveer Alliahbadia, Be Younick, Prajakta Kolhi, etc. Here’s a podcast where he talks about his life, his story with snakes and nature.
Dr. Tanaya is an internationally trained medical doctor, embryologist, and scientist who is passionate about medical education. In this video, Ayush Wadhwa, the host, talks to Dr. Tanaya on sex education and mental health.
Many people don’t know Team Naach on YouTube. They make dance videos. They have 4.61 Million, as of January 2022. Their journey is worth listening. You try researching more about them, but I’ll link one interview I saw this week.
