long time ago, about some qualities in 17-18-year-olds. He has been a great mentor directly and indirectly to many young folks. This is something he wrote and here are some key points that I do personally.
Writing Online
I have been writing diaries and journals for the last 10-12 years, newsletters, and actively documenting on LinkedIn and Twitter. Writing has helped me a lot.
It was Twitter that helped me connect with more people and get more opportunities.
Shamelessly asking
I have always asked for things that help me grow. Whether it’s any kind of resources or learning something. I am shameless, I just ask. If you don’t ask, the answer will always be no.

Showing Up
When you show up, you get a lot of opportunities.
Whether it is during online calls, meeting new people, the internet, or anywhere else, I just show up even though I may not know a few things.
