Someone forced me to start my YouTube channel | #02
Story of procrastination and me starting my YouTube channel
Did it shock you, right? 🤪 It was my choice to start my YouTube channel, but somebody pushed me to start it.
It was 2 weeks that my 10’th exams were cancelled and I was procrastinating to make videos and do other things.
One day I saw an IG post by Varun Duggirala about a creator workshop he was taking, conducted by Kommune. It was on 1-2 May (Sat-Sun) and I immediately enrolled for it.
On 22'nd April, Thursday, I decided to upload a video on 25'th April (Sunday). This was because, I thought, not to learn first and start. But rather start making videos and learn along with it. Make mistakes and learn from them.
So on 23'rd, I wrote the script of my introduction video. The next day, on the 24'th I shot the video, edited it. I made a new email id, made a new YouTube account and completed all the formalities. I was successful in uploading the video on 25'th April.
Later that week, I got to know the workshop was postponed to 15-16 May due to Covid. I was a bit sad but extremely happy that I started my YouTube channel.
Thanks a lot, Varun for enhancing the greater in me and starting my YT channel
This is our photo of the workshop. Had an amazing time with all my batchmates and the workshop was loaded with lots of knowledge.
(It’s an Instagram post)
Thanks a lot for reading the newsletter. It means a lot you gave me your precious time. It would mean a lot if you share it across your network.
To connect with me or tell me anything, you can, of course, anytime write to me, by emailing me or DMing me on my social media. I love reading all your emails and DMs, though I may take time to reply to all of them.
YES! I READ ALL MY EMAILS AND DMs. ALL OF THEM.
