Hi 👋Pranav here
Welcome to the 3 new subscribers. Currently, we are 50 curious people reading these newsletters every week. Yey, we are now a family of 50 people.
I am on a mission to make a dent in the Indian education system and impact India. Subscribe if you want to impact India.
Every Friday, I share my process, my thoughts and some recommendations for good videos, podcasts, songs or anything interesting things I have consumed over the week.
The content you watch can entertain you or upgrade you as a person. And if you want to gain knowledge, Twitter is hands down the best thing. It’s the best thing I have ever used in my life.
Yeah, you will say that it is political, useless, very opinionated or only Elon Musk talks on it. No, it’s not that. Every social media is a reflection of your mind. On Twitter too. If you follow sports accounts, you’ll have tweets related to sports. If you follow educational accounts, you’ll have an educational feed. And Twitter is the best place for self-improvement because you’ll get an education more than books. So when I thought to take Twitter seriously, I unfollowed all the sports and political accounts and followed the self-improvement accounts.
So, why is Twitter so valuable?
In 2020, I was not enjoying my classes. I never understood any subject in the class. I didn't know what I was really doing. But one day I was just randomly scrolling my Twitter and saw a person. That person wrote newsletters. Then I DMed that person, saying that those newsletters are good. I got a reply. Then we got on a call. We spoke for some time. I learned a lot from that call.
That day I realised Twitter is an amazing platform and I started to spend more time on it.
Twitter is the reflection of people’s minds. So from Twitter, you can look into people’s minds. If you want to talk to a person or ask questions to someone, you can DM that person. I have DMed a lot of people and many replied to me.
Also, everyone doesn’t do to IIT or BIts Pilani. So everyone doesn’t have a good network. If you don’t have a network around you, you cant grow, you can learn that effectively. On Twitter, you can find people from different sectors and learn from them.
One of the best things about Twitter is that there is a feature called Twitter threads. It is multiple tweets combined with the same topic. Abhishek Ponia, Palak Zatakia, Ankur Warikoo, and Vedant Maheshwari write amazing threads.
