Say Yes Now, figure it out later

Hi, I'm Pranav

I work at Hive School, which is India’s First Sales School. I also create content on my YouTube where I share my processes and learnings.

I joined Hive School as their employee number 1. When we started initially, we wanted to make a design design-centric and premium website.

Since I had used a bit of Figma and Framer was similar to Figma , I decided to use it to make the website. Honestly, I didn’t know both of them, but I took it as a challenge to make it on Framer.

I said yes to the opportunity to learn and in 3 weeks of figuring it out, I made the first website.

I wouldn’t have been in Hive School till now if I hadn’t said to make that website.

It’ll be risky to say yes to things you don’t know and many times you’ll fail. But for sure, you’ll learn something.

Here’s the reward I got:

• I got to meet many great people throughout the journey

• Learned how a startup works

• Learned how to run a cohort of 20+ students

So, say yes to whatever opportunities you get and later figure out how to do it.
