Hi, I'm Pranav
Every Friday, I share my process, thoughts, stories, ideas, and weekly recommendations. We're a community of 100+ curious people reading these newsletters.
I am doing an internship with Fueler for over two months now and I have learnt a lot working there. I am working as a social media intern and I have learnt a lot about social media.
One lesson I learnt there was about building systems. It doesn’t matter if you are a founder or a content creator or a student, building a system is very important. A system is like a template. You know what you want to do. So, you don’t waste time, procrastinate less and have a clear path on where to go.
Let me give you my example: I have been managing my content on Notion. I have a proper system of making a video and writing a newsletter. This way, it gets easier to manage each piece of content (like a video or a single newsletter), and save it in the archive for future, easy searchability. I don’t have to put in much effort at the start or any way in between to manage my content.
Don’t worry, I’ll show you how I manage my work later in this newsletter.
I have worked in 4-5 startups till now and have interacted with some of the great people and I have seen a common pattern between all of them. All have a system that they follow, whether it’s notebook and pen, Notion, Evernote, Asana, etc, whatever is easier for them. It has helped me a lot in making my system streamline.
It’s not too late. You can still make a system for yourself today. Here are a few resources of my resources where I have shown how I manage my work and content. It will help you make a system yourself.
A few months ago, I shared how I write my newsletters and shared how I write them, from managing them in Notion to publishing them. I have made a full video explaining it.

I have made a resource for content creators where I have shared secrets of creating content on the internet. I have shared my Notion template in the resource which you can see and download for free if you want.
I have made a full video on how Notion is an important tool in my life and how I manage it for my content creation and how I have built my second brain on it.
