How Twitter DMs helped me

I create content on YouTube where I share my processes and learnings.

Every Friday, in this newsletter, I share my process, thoughts, stories, ideas, and weekly recommendations.

My life changed in the 2020 lockdown. One of the things I did was to be on Twitter and connect with a lot of smart folks.

I made very good friends on the platform. I have found builders, creators, founders, writers, designers, etc. I got to learn a lot from them in all the conversations I had with them.

These helped me a lot later. I found some great people with whom I collaborated on projects, shot content, got internships, etc.

This is a snippet from Prado’s blog where he shared 50 questions he asked others and myself.

One quote that has always helped me a lot when connecting with others is “20 seconds of insane courage.” Sometimes, approaching people or talking can be awkward, but sometimes, you need 20 seconds of courage to talk to people. This has helped me a lot.
