Hi, I'm Pranav
I work at Hive School, which is India’s First Sales School. I also create content on my YouTube where I share my processes and learnings.
Every Friday, in this newsletter, I share my process, thoughts, stories, ideas, and weekly recommendations.
I have worked with some of the great founders in the past 1 year. Shout out to Vensy Krishna, Riten Debnath, Nikhil Gaur, Simar, and Prabal Monga. They have taught me a lot in my life. They have shaped me as a person.
I have learned the essential skills of how a startup works and what to be a founder is.
Here are some of the lessons I have learned from all the founders I have worked with:
You have to show up every day:
Consistency is the key in whatever you do. You have to show up every day, even when the days are good or bad, you have to move and make progress. No excuses are allowed. You have to be resilient:
There will be ups and downs in startups. Startups are not easy. It’s always a roller coaster ride. You have to be strong at every stage. No matter what happens, even if the journey has the hardest path, you must stay strong and take the team along with you.
Be humble: You have to be humble at an early stage. You may know a lot of things than others or you may face some criticism from naysayers. There is not always good. You have to be prepared to face criticism. Tackle it with humbleness.
Entrepreneurial Skills:
Beg, Borrow, Steal? Being a bootstrapped founder, you have to do more with less. Here’s a blog by Raj’s Lab which says
Learn to ask (literally beg if needs be) for resources your start-up requires
Borrow resources before buying into any - Keep an open mind to pick and use what has already been created. Don’t reinvent the wheel.
It was a great journey working with all the founders. I was fortunate enough to get exposure to the internet and get connected to many people. I also discovered Fueler, where I created my proof of work and that helped me get many opportunities. I also interned at Fueler last year.
If you get a chance, work with some great founders early on in life. They’ll teach you some valuable lessons.

Help Me Decide!
I was thinking, whether should I keep the weekly recommendations section in my newsletter or not. Help me decide. I was planning to make a change in the format and shift the weekly recommendations to a new format.
Picture of the week!
Hive School won the Demo Day of the Venture Initiation Program by Masters’ Union. Team’s hard work paid off.
